What if the number doesn't shock us?
You walk. The patient loss report is yours to keep. There is no card on file, no follow-up invoice, and no lock-in. If the number is small, you've cost yourself nothing and learned something useful about your practice.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The 14-day Safety Net™ programme is entirely at zero cost. Founder-led calibration to your treatments, pricing, hours, and team structure is included.
What happens on day 15?
You choose. Either continue with The Safety Net™ permanently, or receive an export of every patient captured and part ways with nothing owed.
Do we sign anything?
Only a short data-processing agreement so we can lawfully hold patient information under UK GDPR. No commercial commitment for the 14 days.
Which practice-management systems does it work with?
Dentally, SOE EXACT, Carestream R4, iSmile, and Cliniko today. Others on request. Direct PMS integration begins the day you decide to continue past day 14.
Who sees the data?
You do. The dashboard is private to your practice. Our founding team accesses it only during founder-led calibration and results readout.
