Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website selenicai.com and the AI voice receptionist service provided by Leadamax LLC, operating as SelenicAI. By using the website or engaging the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
SelenicAI provides a 24/7 voice receptionist for UK private dental practices that answers inbound calls, qualifies new patient enquiries, and books appointments into the practice’s diary. The service is configured and supported on a per-practice basis under a separate service agreement and, where patient data is processed, a Data Processing Agreement.
3. The Pledge
Where a practice is offered the SelenicAI Pledge, its specific terms, including the new-patient target, the qualifying period, and the remedy if the target is not met, are set out in that practice’s written service agreement and prevail over any summary on this website. There is a transparent setup fee covering founder-led configuration, a predictable monthly retainer with no usage caps, and a standard written service agreement with the Pledge built in. Cancellation and notice are governed by that service agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. The practice is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to direct the handling of patient calls and for providing accurate practice and diary information.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and the underlying service technology are owned by Leadamax LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelenicAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Service-level commitments are governed by the applicable service agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
