How reactivation actually works.
No vague promises. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you hand us your list to the moment jobs appear on your calendar.
Three steps. Three days.
You hand us your list
You export your old contacts — the ones who asked for quotes and went quiet, the customers who haven't come back, the leads you chased once and forgot. Any format works. This takes about 10 minutes and it's the last thing you need to do until jobs start showing up.
We work it with an AI agent
Our AI calls every contact on your list over the next 1-3 days. It doesn't read a script — it has real conversations. It asks if they still need the work done, qualifies their situation, handles objections, and books appointments for the ones who are ready to move forward. You don't lift a finger.
You pay only for jobs we book
Every booking lands on your calendar with the customer's name, phone number, address, and what they need done. You show up and close. If we don't book qualified jobs, you pay nothing. The per-booking price gets agreed on the audit call based on your average job value.
What we do during the 72 hours.
You upload your list
Export from your CRM, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or even a spreadsheet. CSV, Excel — whatever you have. Upload it through the onboarding form.
We validate and clean the data
We scrub bad numbers, remove duplicates, flag contacts who've opted out, and normalize formatting. You get a clean contact count before we start.
We tune the AI agent for your business
We configure the agent with your business name, services, service area, and calendar availability. It learns your trade so it can have real conversations — not robotic scripts.
First test calls
A small batch goes out. We listen to the recordings, tune the conversation flow, and make sure the agent is qualifying correctly before scaling up.
Full campaign runs
Every contact gets called. The agent handles objections, answers questions about your services, and books appointments directly into your calendar. You get notified for every booking.
What “qualified” means.
A booking counts as qualified only when ALL four criteria are met:
If a booking doesn't meet all four, you don't pay. If you believe a booking was misqualified, you can dispute it within 48 hours and we'll review the call recording together.
What you do (almost nothing).
- Hand over the list
- Give us calendar access
- Take the calls when they come in
- Pay for the bookings you got
What we don't do.
- ×We don't cold call new leads — only your existing contacts
- ×We don't sell shared leads — these are YOUR people
- ×We don't lock you in — no contracts, cancel anytime
- ×We don't charge for failures — if we don't book, you don't pay
