We sell AI receptionists to home service businesses. Plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers. Companies that lose thousands every month because no one picks up the phone. Our product answers every call, books jobs, and runs 24/7. It works. The results speak for themselves.
You take 3 to 5 discovery calls per day with warm prospects. Each call is 30 to 35 minutes. You follow our consultative framework, run our interactive pitch deck (it calculates the prospect's missed revenue live on the call using their own numbers), and close on the spot. One call. Done.
This is commission-only. 20% of every first payment collected. Warm leads only — every call is pre-booked and pre-qualified by our team. No cold calling. No prospecting.
What You Will Do
- Run 3 to 5 pre-booked discovery calls per day on Google Meet or Zoom
- Guide prospects through our proven pitch deck and sales framework
- One-call close using a consultative, problem-first approach
- Send proposals via our dashboard post-call
- Log outcomes and call notes in our CRM within minutes of hanging up
- Close 15 to 20 qualified appointments per month at a 30%+ close rate, adding $10K to $15K in new MRR monthly
- Receive 20 to 25 booked calls per week from our outbound campaigns — you will not prospect, cold call, or source your own leads
- Deal size: $794 to $1,294 first payment (setup plus first month). One-call close with small business owners
Non-Negotiables
- Proven track record closing B2B deals at a similar or higher ticket size. One-call close experience required.
- Native English speaker with a native accent. Prospects are home service business owners in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Google Meet and Zoom only. Professional call setup: quiet room, proper mic or headset, stable internet, camera on.
- CRM updated immediately after every call. Outcome, call notes, objections encountered. No ghost pipelines.
- Available 9 to 5 EST, Monday through Friday. Your hours must match our lead flow.
- Comfortable following a proven framework without freelancing the script. Coachable, but confident enough to push back.
- Commission-only: 20% of first collected payment. Standard $794 = $159. Growth $1,094 = $219. Scale $1,294 = $259.
- Volume accelerator: 25+ closes in a month bumps your rate to 25% for that entire month.
- 90-day clawback: if a client cancels within 90 days, commission is deducted from your next payout.

Compensation
This is commission-only. No base salary. You are paid purely on results.
Commission: 20% of the first collected payment (setup fee plus first month of service). Paid after payment clears.

Volume Accelerator
Hit 25 or more closes in a calendar month and your rate bumps to 25% for that entire month.
Quarterly Retention Bonus
If 85% or more of the clients you closed in the prior quarter are still active, you earn a $750 bonus.
90-Day Clawback
If a client cancels or stops paying within 90 days, the commission is deducted from your next payout. You do not write us a check. It comes off the top of your next commission.
Realistic Earnings at 20 Closes/Month
$3,500 to $4,500 depending on tier mix, plus the quarterly retention bonus. Hit the accelerator and you are looking at $5,000 or more. For taking warm, pre-booked calls with a system that does the heavy lifting, that is strong money.
