The Role

You run three to five booked discovery calls per day with UK dental practice owners, principal dentists, or practice managers. Every meeting is pre-booked, pre-qualified, and warm. Many come from practices that have actively posted receptionist job ads on Indeed in the last 30 to 90 days, meaning they already know they have a problem and have budgeted to solve it.

What You Do

  • Run the 30-minute discovery and close meeting using the supplied script.
  • Convert at 25 to 35 percent close rate on warm pre-booked meetings.
  • Re-engage past leads on the 90-day cycle using the lead-revival playbook we supply.
  • Hand off closed customers to onboarding cleanly.

This is a 1-call close motion. No long sales cycles. No multi-touch nurture. The decision is made on the meeting or it does not happen, unless we are running long-term nurture as part of an AI Audit engagement.

  • At the £1,000 per month price point, that is £600 per closed deal, paid as £200 per month over 3 months while the customer stays active.

  • Available UK business hours (9am to 5pm GMT or BST depending on season).
  • Self-managing. No babysitting required.
  • Hungry. Pure commission means you eat what you kill, and you are motivated by that, not afraid of it.
  • Coachable in week one, autonomous from week two.
  • Hunter, not scavenger.

    30 minutes of role-play. The founder plays a UK private dental practice owner. You run the SelenicAI script cold after a 30-minute prep. The call is recorded and reviewed against the close framework. This is where most decisions are made.

    Offer + Contract Signed
