By accessing or using the SelenicAI website (selenicai.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Leadamax LLC, operating as Selenic AI ("we," "our," or "us"), provides AI-powered receptionist services for businesses, including automated call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and CRM integration. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described during onboarding.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content through our AI receptionist
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms
5. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during sign-up
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the SelenicAI website and services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Selenic AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI receptionist services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selenic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we will delete your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Leadamax LLC (operating as Selenic AI) may send SMS/text messages to users who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive such communications. By opting in, you agree to the following:
Types of Messages
- Non-marketing messages — appointment reminders, account alerts, service notifications, and transactional updates related to your use of our services
- Marketing messages (only if separately opted in) — promotional offers, discounts, new product updates, and other marketing communications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the type of messages you have opted in to receive. Non-marketing messages are sent as needed based on your service interactions. Marketing messages are sent periodically and may vary in frequency.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Leadamax LLC (operating as Selenic AI) does not charge for sending SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our forms, you expressly consent to receive the specified types of SMS messages from Leadamax LLC (operating as Selenic AI). Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may consent to non-marketing messages only, marketing messages only, or both.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
